  • Main Accountabilities

    Manager CSC OTC has the following accountabilities
    Key Accountabilities:
    Specific deliverables of this role include but are not limited to, leading a team to deliver:
    (a) Drive controls monitoring and reporting for OTC and R2R controls
     Monthly publish of Order to cash control reports by WD7
     Analysis of reports to identify significant patterns and trends and highlight as part of key insights
     Bring out key control themes in OTC/R2R process
     To take control themes in OTC/R2R into key stake holder engagements and drive action
     Manage 3 rd party service providers to ensure timely reporting
    (b) Drive development of new reports for OTC/R2R
     To propose new reports in OTC/R2R process
     To lead development and go live of new reports interacting with multiple stake holders
    (c) Manage Service Delivery of all control processes for Europe, North Asia, South Asia and
     Ensure service delivery on controls reporting and monitoring for all four processes
     Connect with cluster VPs and provide controls update and drive controls improvement
    (d) Manage Automated Control publish:
     Quarterly publish of automated controls compliance
     Drive Control deficiency remediation with Control owners
    (e) Drive pan CSC agendas:
     Drive key agendas which are pan CSC, incubating the idea, creating capability and implementing
    Skills/ Experience:
    The role holder should have experience and a passionate focus on cost management. You should have
    and demonstrate:
     Ability to lead teams, and deliver key agendas
     Ability to influence senior stake holders and cross functional teams to drive agenda
     Experience in managing 3 rd party outsourced vendors
     Strong working knowledge various business processes
     Sound financial knowledge – customer accounting, rebates etc.
     Strong controls knowledge and expertise – prevent and detect spend controls
     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders –
    controllers, central teams etc.
     Experience and awareness of working in a global role, demonstrate awareness and empathy to our
    many cultures and social needs
     Customer and service centric mind set, placing the user at the heart of the solution
     Ability to work under pressure and at times in ambiguous situations
