    As the individual responsible for driving end-to end OTC process for the assigned Regions across Rivigo businesses, this is a role that
    will prepare you for leadership in Finance. This includes Revenue Assurance to prevent revenue leakages, client and field engagement
    to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, Collections and Credit Control, timely and accurate invoicing, AR Management and
    end to end Sales and AR accounting. Given the evolving nature of business and rapid growth, you will also be responsible for
    improving processes using technology and data, process accountabilities and resolving customer issues while using each such issue as
    a learning opportunity to bring in further improvements. This is an exciting and dynamic role for any new age leader.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Partner with Sales, Operations and CE (Customer Experience) teams to provide end-to-end Finance
    support for all customers in assigned area, to maximise CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) and provide a great
    customer experience, while managing risks for Rivigo.
    2. Contract Management and collections
     Proper contracts are available, and they are fair and balanced for both Rivigo and its clients. Check for
    onerous clauses in contract and drive improvement in contracts rating.
     New clients are onboarded properly, are provided initial baby-care and then changes in client details or
    internal client-servicing are kept current
     Regular follow up is maintained with clients and field teams so that there are no collection surprises
     Provide actionable MIS with analytics/drill down to Field Sales Owners, to enable timely collections
     Client disputes, if any, are resolved quickly and conclusively. Deductions are followed up, and action is
    taken to either accept or convince client to reverse (with root cause analysis, accountability, etc)
     Ensure rapid issue escalation, internally or with clients. Streamline and implement dunning and legal
    processes, rigorously and vigorously
    3. AR Management, TDS Management, AR Accounting
     Books of accounts are kept fully updated for sales, accrual, collections and provisioning
     Client ledgers are kept updated and accurate invoice level break up is available for all clients at any
    point in time. Any unreconciled item is followed up with clients and resolved. NDC (No due Certificate)
    and balance confirmation processes are implemented
     Proper accounting is done for bad and doubtful debts and TDS
    4. Revenue Assurance and Growth opportunities
     Revenue assurance: Analytics and checks & balances to identify potential sources of revenue leakages
    and to plug them (e.g., weight variations, Value Added Services not billed, under-charge, etc)
     Create and keep updated customer dashboards to provide, at one place, the entire evaluation of a
    customer business, growth, profitability, DSO, deductions, etc; and drive business conversations using
    the dashboard
     Work with all stakeholders to deepen Rivigo penetration into a the customer and improve Rivigo
    revenue and profitability for the customer
     Activation of new products – take on projects across business and handle for own customers
    5. Ensure timely and accurate Invoicing, a key factor in client satisfaction. This involves
     Invoicing processes are streamline, appropriate tech is infused and field errors, if any, are dealt with
    systemically and proactively
     All required inputs for invoicing are available in time and control processes are put in place (e.g.,
    contracts are available and are current, value-added services are captured appropriately, etc))
    Client level invoicing SOPs are signed for large/potentially clients to meet client specific requirements
    are met. Client info required for invoicing is available expeditiously and invoices reach clients as per
    their payment SOPs (location, department, individual, etc)
    6. Technology: Given the fast paced business, work with Tech team as needed, to ensure customer facing
    Finance processes are scalable, remain current, and are tightly integrated with Operations Tech and client
    7. Process Improvement
     Bring in continuous process improvements in invoicing, collection and cash management by driving a
    rich portfolio of projects
     Implement processes for any new service or change in any offering due to internal or external factors
    8. Team Management: Role requires deep abilities to manage a dynamic high performing team

     DSO, ageing, deductions, bad debts, revenue leakage if any
     Technology used and no of human touch-points in the process (lower the better)

    Qualifications CA. Certification in OTC processes would be an added advantage
    Years of Experience 4 - 6 years
    Nature of Experience
     Prior experience of having handled a similar role, especially in a rapidly growing organization. Experience of
    having managed Revenue/AR function in a large volume B2B industry (e.g., Telecom, Airline, IT) would be a
    definite plus
     Has handled end-to-end OTC Management, Contract Management and Revenue Assurance
     Capable of managing large teams
