    Job Description
    Key Responsibility Areas
    Managing Production Accounting & Insurance
    1. Supervise, track, review and validate all films and ad-films related payment processing, ledger accounting entries, Budget v/s Actuals reporting across stages of production
    2. Take corrective measures for any errors of accounting entries in ERP system
    3. Carry out reconciliation of Cash Flow statement along with Head of Accounts
    4. Carry out primary checks  and shortlist Insurance vendors for every production activity based on business requirement
    5. Supervision of Ad-Films budgets and accounting related work
    6. Supervision of Other divisions/companies production budgets and accounting related work                   
    7. Supervising production accounting for internationtal projects & tax rebates etc.
    MIS Mgmt & Audit
    1. Preparing Budget vs Actual, keeping track & highlighting the deviations in film cash flows                                                   
    2. Attending project audit queries and resolving them.
    Supervisory & Reporting Activities
    1. Allocate and arrange job responsibilities across the team members to enable efficient business process functioning
    2. Take supervisory measures for outstanding bills payment, vendor queries or any other escalations
    3. Regularly report on the status of all activities to the head of department
    Managing Team Performance 1. Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans
    2. Ensure effective resource allocation across teams, enhance the capability quotient of team members
