  • LeadSquared is looking for an experienced senior Accounts & Finance Professional to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The responsibilities over a period include formulation of pricing strategy, revenue and profit management and financial risk management.

    Responsibility Areas
    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
    • Ensure reporting receivables position to business partners and drive reduction in the bill to cash cycle time
    • Manage financial operations of subsidiaries in US, Singapore and Middle East.
    • Own the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
    • Stakeholder Management – internal, investors and vendors

    • Over a period contribute to determining pricing strategy for LeadSquared product and services
    • Identify opportunities to improve cost structure
    • Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close for India and the US & Middle East by Preparing and publishing timely monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements in agreed timelines.
    • Manage Cashflow (Collections, Investments and Expenses) and invest surplus funds.
    • Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings
    • Document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth.
    • Coordinate with auditors/Diligence teams to successfully close audits
    • Mentoring team members and grooming would be required.

    Ideal Candidate
    • CA with 10+ years of experience
    • Played a senior role for minimum 2 years (CFO, VP of Finance, Finance Controller, Director of Finance, GM - Finance or similar role)
    • 6+ years of experience in Software company preferred. Understanding of SaaS business will be a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
    • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and accounting software such Tally, QuickBooks a must
    • Should have excellent, communication and leadership skills
    • Experience of handling finance operations of subsidiary companies in US, UAE, Singapore will be an edge
