    JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

     

     

    JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

    1. Statutory Audit, Tax Audit &Internal Audit
    2. Payment Processing
    3. Processing of all Ocean Freight/C&FCharges, Insurance, and Professional&Ext.
    4. Financial Analysis&Controls
    5. Financial Planning&Controls
    6. Internal Control and Audit

     

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Completion of Statutory Audit, Preparation of Annual Financial statements.Statutory Audit Primary responsibility Taken-Work going On, Financial reports preparation from the accpac TB,Financial Schedules preparation, Co Ordination with colleagues and audit staff, Preparation of Consolidated financial statement, updating the report.
    2. Payments to be processed as per needs, Ensureweekly one batch or Two,Training to ensure we decrease DPO Days,Need to be very clear on documentation will be more ensure while making the payment,Vendor Master data cleaning exercise in BNP, Bank Line and Accpac.Accounts payable Clearing prepared GRN & with vendor wise.
    3. Export shipments including Bulk Shipment’s -Ocean freight, C& F Bill’s wharfage charges accounting on daily basis. Sales invoices and Freight expenses updating in realization file with each sales invoice wise & sending data the with in 2nd working day very month.Verification of Invoices whether the proper supporting documents is attached or not, proper approval, Liner Shipping bill, exchange rates& other expenses.Internal Reports & P& L Analysis, Consultancy provisions prepaid actuals accounting,prepaid expenses transfer to provisions, monthly allocated. If any other related works,Insurance Prepaid Exp allocated on yearly.
    4. Clear Overhead Analysis site wise with reasons by month end,Reasons prepared on actual expenses in every month on month OVH, Increase /Decrease.
    5. Identifying possible ways to reduce the OVH by 5% v/s Budget
    6.  All audit points given as per audit plan  to be closed

    Education and Experience requirements:

     

    CA/ ICWA with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
